March 1996: Henan branch of China National Machinery Foreign Techno-Economic Cooperative Corporation was founded with approval of the Ministry of Machinery Industry and China National Machinery Foreign Techno-Economic Cooperative Corporation,.

April 1997: Based on the former branch, Henan Zhongjing Import & Export Co., Ltd. was established with approval of the Ministry of Foreign Trade & Economic Cooperation, the Ministry of Machinery Industry and China National Machinery Foreign Techno-Economic Cooperative Corporation,.

August 2007: Approved by China National Machinery Industry Corporation (SINOMACH), the shares of Henan Zhongjing Import & Export Co., Ltd. held by China National Machinery Foreign Techno-Economic Cooperative Corporation were transferred to China Machinery and Equipment Import & Export Corporation (now China Machinery Engineering Corporation or CMEC in short).

November 2011: Approved by the 1st interim meeting of the 5th Board of Directors, registered capital of Henan Zhongjing Import & Export Co., Ltd. was increased from 1 million yuan to 4 million and 180 thousand yuan., 

March 2015: Approved by CMEC headquarters as well as Jinshui branch of Zhengzhou Administration for Industry & Commerce, the company was renamed as  China Machinery Engineering Henan Co., Ltd.
